How high-density automation and heavy-duty structural engineering are reshaping international supply chains, driving spatial efficiency, and reducing operational overhead.
In modern industrial hubs, spatial limitations require dynamic high-bay stackable structures. Implementing pallet runner shuttle racking and AS/RS automated platforms increases storage density by up to 60% compared to traditional single-tier layouts.
Automated high-speed stacker cranes and laser-guided robotic systems lower warehouse labor overhead. Shifting to high-bay storage also reduces lighting, heating, and cooling footprints, helping operators meet corporate sustainability targets.
Using standard Q235 cold-rolled steel and anti-corrosive powder coatings extends the working life of storage systems in challenging settings like cold storage or high-humidity facilities, ensuring consistent operation and supply chain reliability.

Technical details regarding design calculations, material specifications, and global logistics options.
We primarily use premium cold-rolled Q235B and Q355B structural carbon steel. Q355B steel is chosen for heavy-duty components and high-bay uprights because of its higher yield strength, ensuring stable performance under heavy load requirements.
Our engineering team conducts structural testing using Finite Element Method (FEM) software. Each component design is verified through physical compression, shear, and deflection testing in our onsite laboratory before volume production.
Yes. We engineer customized configurations for regions with seismic activity. Based on local building codes, we design larger base plates, heavy-duty floor anchoring systems, and enhanced bracing profiles to manage dynamic loads safely.
We apply an electrostatic thermosetting epoxy powder coating. The steel undergoes a multi-stage wash and zinc-phosphate pretreatment, followed by curing at 200°C to create a scratch-resistant, anti-rust surface. Hot-dip galvanized finishes are also available for outdoor or high-humidity environments.
We offer full OEM and ODM services. Our R&D team provides CAD layouts, 3D models, and technical specifications tailored to your specific warehouse dimensions, load requirements, pallet handling equipment, and material types.
Standard manufacturing times range from 20 to 35 days, depending on project scale and complexity. Orders are securely packed using steel banding and protective wrapping to ensure safe sea or rail transport to destination ports.
