Q: How do we purchase your products?
The general purchase path includes: Design drawing phase, Drawing confirmation, Quotation offer, Proforma Invoice (PI) issuance, PI confirmation, 30% deposit payment, Product manufacturing, Quality Control (QC) inspection, Balance payment, and Shipping.
Q: Do you have a MOQ (minimum order quantity) limitation?
No strict MOQ is required, though purchasing in volume guarantees better pricing. For standard products, we recommend ordering in quantities that fit at least one 20ft container (approximately 15 tons) to optimize logistics costs.
