Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a Full-stack Solution Provider & Core Equipment Manufacturer. Apart from the racks, all other core products are developed and manufactured by us, including shuttles, AGVs, and the software system. Therefore, compatibility is not a problem.
Q: What is your standard colour, and do you do customized colours?
Our standard colour is within the RAL system: orange, blue, yellow, and grey. For customized colours, please advise your RAL choice.
Q: What is your package standard?
Usually, all components are loaded into containers manually so that one container can hold more cargo. We can arrange wood pallet packaging for each item if needed, though an extra cost will be charged.
Q: Can you send installation teams overseas?
Yes, we have international construction teams available for setup.
Q: What other solutions can you provide?
We manufacture various warehouse racks suitable for different types of loads. Furthermore, we can provide AGV automatic handling solutions and ASRS warehouse automation.
Q: How many years of warranty do you give on your rack components?
Usually, we provide a warranty of about 3 years. In fact, many of our customers who bought our racks more than 5 to 10 years ago remain highly satisfied with the quality.
